TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 5th December, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E418 OF 2025 By Racheal Wanjiru Matiru, of P.O. Box 12335–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucy Wangari Matiru, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 4th June, 2022. CAUSE NO. E641 OF 2025 By (1) Teresiah Nduta Gitonga, (2) Peter Gacugu Gitonga and (3) Julia Nyambura Gitonga, all of P.O. Box 15273–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Gitonga Gacugu alias Gacugu David Gitonga, who died at Murunyu, on 21st January, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
