TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E261 OF 2025 By (1) Esther Wanjiru Kamau and (2) Faith Wambui Igogo, both of P.O. Box 250–00219, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased’s granddaughter and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Wanjiru Igogo, who died at Ruaka, on 14th November, 2009. CAUSE NO. E264 OF 2025 By (1) Elizabeth Wambui Ndungu and (2) Jane Kamuru Ndungu, both of P.O. Box 1814–00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Ndung’u Munyui, who died at A.I.C., Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd January, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
