TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E123 OF 2025 By Muriuki M’Kaibi, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwenda M’Kaibi, who died at Meru, on 21st May, 1994. CAUSE NO. E274 OF 2025 By Henry Mworia Marete Kiambati, of P.O. Box 11123, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jamlick Muriungi, who died at Huruma Hospital in Kenya, on 26th April, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
