E2 OF 2025 By Henry Okeno Ambujo alias Mus Ambujo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Laban Ambujo, who died at Gombe Sub-location, on 3rd September, 2011. CAUSE NO. E314 OF 2025 By Monica Awuor Owino, of P.O. Box 83, Siaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Owino Oudia, who died at Nyandiwa Sub-location, on 29th September, 2017. CAUSE NO. E481 OF 2025 By Eric Wango Amoth, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beryl Anne Anyango Amoth, who died at Donholm, on 3rd March, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
