TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 5th December, 2025 CAUSE NO. E480 OF 2025 By Edna Chepkosgei Rugut, of P.O. Box 982, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Japhet Kipkirui Rugut, who died on 27th July, 2006. CAUSE NO. E487 OF 2025 By Joseph Kipngeno Langat, of P.O. Box 95–20211, Kapsoit in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Taprandich w/o Tembur alias Rodah Chemarus Tembur, who died on 20th January, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
