TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2025 By David Misati, of P.O. Box 2–40200, Nyamira in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Doricah Moraa Masati alias Moraa w/o Misati, who died at Bonyamondo, Nyabiosi, on 24th December, 2001. CAUSE NO. E192 OF 2025 By (1) James Makori Saiti and (2) Edwin Osoro Moseti, both of P.O. Box 2, Nyamira in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benjamin Saidi Mayaka alias Saiti Mayaka, who died at District Hospital, Nyamira in Kenya, on 30th March, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
