TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E179 OF 2025 By Eunice Gohu Mnyaka, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fredrick Kazungu Kadenge, who died on 26th January, 2025. CAUSE NO. E186 OF 2025 By (1) Joseph Karima Kahinja, (2) Matano Mwalugo Kahinda and (3) Kahinja Nyoha Kahinja, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kahinja Majuto, who died on 3rd August, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
