TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E136 OF 2025 By (1) Serah Wanjiru Karari, (2) Samuel Kagiri Karari, (3) Peter Wamahia Karari and (4) Susan Njeri Karari, all of P.O. Box 314, Limuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Karari Kagiri alias Karari Kagiri, who died at Nyambari, on 22nd January, 2017. CAUSE NO. E235 OF 2025 By Simon Mugo Njuguna, of P.O. Box 120–00217, Limuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Njuguna Mugo, who died at Beleview South Hospital in Kenya, on 4th April, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
