TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E172 OF 2025 By Alice Wamukore Mwangi, of P.O. Box 59, Kigumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Gakuya, who died at Kigumo, on 9th March, 2024. CAUSE NO. E173 OF 2025 By (1) Irene Njeri Kagenyo and (2) Margret Gathoni Kagenyo, both of P.O. Box 217, Kangari in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Kagenyo Mwangi alias Paul Kagenyo, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 11th December, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
