TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E105 OF 2025 By (1) Joseph Nyutu Ndung’u and (2) Jane Wanjiku Ndungu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndungu Githu, who died at Murang’a Sub-county Hospital in Kenya, on 19th February, 2020. CAUSE NO. E178 OF 2025 By (1) Josephat Karanja Mwangi, (2) Moses Kamau Mwangi and (3) Esther Muthoni Mwangi, all of P.O. Box 59, Kigumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karanja Kamau, who died at Kangari, on 30th June, 1960. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
