Box 427, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbae M’Ikinyua, who died at Nkubu Hospital in Kenya, on 30th August, 2024. CAUSE NO. E214 OF 2025 By James Gituma Kimathi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Rutere Kimathi alias Ayub Kimathi, who died at Kigane Sub-location, on 4th January, 2025. CAUSE NO. E217 OF 2025 By (1) Zipporah Gatabi Nyaga and (2) Peter Mutai Arimi, both of P.O. Box 427, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased’s granddaughter and grandson, respectively, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mirigo Mwanirua, who died at Kianjogu, on 12th June, 1985. Box 427–60202, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezra Erich Nyamu Ezekiel alias Ezra Erich Nyamu Hezekiel, who died at St. Elizabeth Kiirua, on 30th July, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
