TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E230 OF 2025 By (1) Harrison Njagi Ngari and (2) Zipporah Wawira Kinyua, both of P.O. Box 197, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngari Munyi, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 4th July, 2023. CAUSE NO. E243 OF 2025 By Mary Wangai Ndwiga, of P.O. Box 630, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peterson Ndwiga Njoka, who died at Kirima, on 17th March, 2021. CAUSE NO. E262 OF 2025 By Juliana Njagi, of P.O. Box 226, Kiritiri in Kenya, the deceased’s niece, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Munyi Ndemero, who died at Gacabari Sub-location, on 17th April, 2005. CAUSE NO. E265 OF 2025 By Jane Joyce Muthoni Njuki, of P.O. Box 197, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Titus Njuki Njeru, who died at Thura Sub-location, on 3rd March, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
