PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E141 OF 2025
By (1) Benson Ikubano Obaye, (2) Juma Menji and (3) Julianah
Luvisia, all of P.O. Box 239, Turbo in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and
daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to
the estate of Lawrence Simiyu Lubisia Mukweyi, who died on 27th May,
2023.
5th December, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
