TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 5th December, 2025 CAUSE NO. E81 OF 2024 By (1) David Kipkemboi Koech and (2) Selina Akata Mtsi, both of P.O. Box 4844, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Matsi Mulenje, who died at Tande, on 5th July, 1987. CAUSE NO. E47 OF 2025 By (1) Joshua Kipsongok Kogo, (2) Rosalva Jerubet, (3) Lilian Chepchirchir and (4) Wilson Kibaliach Busienei, all of P.O. Box 1330–30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Chepkirong alias Elizabeth Jepkirong, who died on 26th October, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
