TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2025 By (1) David Rotich and (2) Robert Kibor Rotich, both of P.O. Box 90–30303, Kabiyet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiprotich Samoei, who died at Race Course Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd March, 2024. CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2025 By Kipsanga Kimaiyo Kesebein, of P.O. Box 536–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimeto A. Ruto, who died at Ndalat, on 13th March, 1974. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
