TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2025 By (1) Elimerita Nyoteyo Ondari and (2) William Kinari Omwamba, both of P.O. Box 10, Nyamarambe in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyairabu Obutu alias Marcella Nyairabu Obutu, who died at Getono Location, on 10th July, 1987. CAUSE NO. E49 OF 2025 By Jacob Ogari Onduso, of P.O. Box 1–40211, Kenyenya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onduso Okwena alias Onduso Okwena Jason alias Jason Onduso alias Jason Onduso Okwena, who died at Machoge Masaba Location, Kenyenya, on 20th May, 1985. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
