TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2025 By Julius Kipkoech Too, of P.O. Box 20, Miwan in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiprono Oduny, who died at Chemursoi, on 29th December, 1998. CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2025 By Sally Jepchirchir Masas, of P.O. Box 12, Songhor in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kiptoo Rono, who died at Chepkemel, on 20th February, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
