REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) John Nganga Ngugi (ID/10269844) and (2) Esther Wairimu Ngugi (ID/13753996), both of P.O. Box 528, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.24 hectare or thereabouts, registered under title No. Loc. 4 /Naaro/810, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
