REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mark Mutende Barasa, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kakamega, registered under the title No. Butsotso/Esumeyia/1486, and whereas the said register extract deed (green card) cannot be traced at the land registry Kakamega, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the register extract (green card) cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
