THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Kienjeku Ndungu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.534 hectares or thereabout, known as Nyandarua/Njabini/11734, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Engineer in Succession Cause No. E130 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to (1) Jane Wambui Kienjeku (ID/28080392) and (2) Paul Chuhi Ndung’u, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to John Kienjeku Ndungu (deceased), have been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of transfer by transmission documents L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said John Kienjeku Ndungu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
