THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mary Everlyn Wasilwa (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as E. Bukusu/N. Kanduyi/2133, situate in district of Bungoma, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Bungoma in Succession Cause No. 417 of 2011, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Cynthia Manwenya Wekesa and (2) Audrey Nato Wekesa, and whereas the said land title issued earlier to the said Mary Everlyn Wasilwa (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mary Everlyn Wasilwa (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
