NOTICE is given that KVSK Sastry was appointed as the Administrator of Sollatek Electronics (Kenya) Limited (the “Company”) with effect from the 25th November, 2025. The powers of the Administrator extend to all the assets and undertakings of the Company. By virtue of the Administration, the powers of the directors in terms of dealing with the Company’s assets have ceased. No one other than the Administrator is authorized to receive any monies due to the Company or to deal with the assets of the Company. Anyone who holds, receives, uses, attempts to buy or sell assets of the Company or otherwise deal with them without the prior written approval of the Administrator will be acting in contravention of the law and will be exposed to legal action. Directors are required to submit a statement of the Company’s affairs within twelve (12) days in the prescribed format.
