NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 31st January, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1009, in Volume D1, Folio 963/5001, File No. MMXII, by our client, Felix Otieno Ochieng (guardian), of P.O. Box 30187–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Gyian Otieno Ochieng (minor), formerly known as Gyian Peter Ndunda, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Gyian Peter Ndunda, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Gyian Otieno Ochieng, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address his by his assumed name Gyian Otieno Ochieng only.
