APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Regulations 41 (2) and 43 (1) of the Social Health Insurance Regulations, 2024, the Cabinet Secretary for Health establishes the Benefits Package and Tariffs Advisory Panel to advice the Cabinet Secretary and the Social Health Authority on the benefits packages under Regulation 40 (1) of the Social Health Insurance Regulations, 2024 and appoints— Under regulation 41 (4) (a) — Walter G. Jaoko (Prof.) – Chairperson Under regulation 41 (4) (b) — Patrick Amoth (Dr.), Under regulation 41 (4) (c) — Nehemiah Odera, Under regulation 41 (4) (d) — Margaret Macharia, Under regulation 41 (4) (e) — Hajara El Busaidy (Dr.), Robert Rapando, Under regulation 41 (4) (f) — Gabriel Muswali (Dr.), Under regulation 41 (4) (g) — Mary Kigasia Amuyunzu-Nyamongo (Dr.), Under regulation 41 (4) (h) — Walter Oyamo Obita (Dr.), Under regulation 41 (4) (i) — Valeria Makory (Dr.), Stephen Kaboro, Under regulation 43 (1) — Joint Secretariat Francis Motiri, Christine Wambugu (Dr.), Tabitha Okech (Dr.), Patricia Nyokabi (Dr.), Abdiaziz Abdikadir Ahmed (Dr.), to be Members of the Benefits Package and Tariffs Advisory Panel, for a period of three (3) years.
