it is notified for the information of the Members of the County Assembly and the general public of a special sitting of the County Assembly that shall be held on Thursday, 13th March, 2025, at the County Assembly Chambers, in Homa Bay Town, at 9.30 a.m. In accordance with Standing Order No. 26 (4) and (5), the business to be transacted at the special sitting shall be: 1. Consideration of the Homa Bay County Government Supplementary Appropriation Bill, 2025, pursuant to the provisions of section 135 of the Public Fianance Management Act, 2012, Regulation 39 of the Public Fianance Management Regulations, 2015 and Standing Order No. 213 of the County Assembly of Homa Bay Standing Orders.
