PURSUANT to Standing Order No. 26 (3) of the County Assembly of Mombasa Standing Orders, it is notified for the information of Members of the County Assembly and the general public that there will be a special sitting of the County Assembly which shall be held at the County Assembly Chambers, on Monday, 30th June, 2025, at 10.00 a.m., for the purpose of consideration of— (a) The Mombasa County Programme Based Budget Estimates for Financial Year 2025/2026; (b) Memorandum Outlining Reservations of His Excellency the Governor on the Mombasa County Ward Equitable Development Bill, 2024; and (c) The Mombasa County Appropriation Bill, 2025.
