TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E83 OF 2025 By David Ngure Mwaura, of P.O. Box 75, Matathia in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wangui Mwaura, who died at Escarpment, on 5th December, 2008. CAUSE NO. E85 OF 2025 By Dikon Cheruiyot Kirui, of P.O. Box 728, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nashon Chumbo Kipkemoi Musa Kipsegem alias Nashon Kipkemoi, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on 7th July, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
