TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2025 By (1) Simon Ng’ang’a Muthee and (2) Solomon Mwangi Muthee, both of P.O. Box 10–20328, Kinamba in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Muthee Wahome alias Muthee Wahome, who died at Thigio Sub-location, on 12th January, 2016. CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2025 By (1) Pauline Muthoni Muthui, (2) Thomas Wambugu Muthui and (3) Margaret Njambi Githaiga, all of P.O. Box 80–20302, Ol Joro Orok in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Muthui Wambugu, who died at A.I.C., Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 16th July, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
