TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E602 OF 2024 By Alice Wanjiku Macharia, of P.O. Box 376–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucy Wangeci Miri, who died on 31st October, 2023. CAUSE NO. E275 OF 2025 By Daniel Muigai Kimani, of P.O. Box 933–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Norman Kimani Njuguna, who died at Nakuru Heart Centre, on 14th February, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
