TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E403 OF 2025 By Patrick Atsango Mukanda, of P.O. Box 474, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yakobo Shitambanga, who died at Mukulusu, on 4th February, 1974. CAUSE NO. E420 OF 2025 By Samuel Muhati Liguyani, of P.O. Box 2435, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mukhobi Inganji, who died at Mugomari, on 6th April, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
