TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E78 OF 2025 By Tabitha Wangui Chau, of P.O. Box 363–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Chau Waithaka, who died at Karangi, Githirioni, on 18th March, 2012. CAUSE NO. E109 OF 2025 By (1) Betty Mughoi Mukaisi and (2) Grace Mwasaru, both of P.O. Box 707–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfred Mkaisi Njebuwe, who died at Webuye County Hospital in Kenya, on 9th July, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
