TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E264 OF 2024 By (1) Susan Muthoni Nderitu, (2) Josephat Kirathe Nderitu and (3) John Kimaru Nderitu, all of P.O. Box 30200, Kitale in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Nderitu Kiragu, who died at Moi’s Bridge, on 3rd November, 2020. CAUSE NO. E295 OF 2024 By (1) Rose Koburkwony Yator and (2) Hillary Kiptum Kiprotich, both of P.O. Box 78–30104, Moiben in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lazarus Rotich Chirchir, who died at District Hospital, Iten in Kenya, on 27th October, 2005. CAUSE NO. E357 OF 2024 By (1) Julius Kibitok Maiyo and (2) Samuel Kipkosgei Maiyo, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tangut Ruto, who died at Bayete, Kapkoi, Uasin Gishu. CAUSE NO. E389 OF 2024 By Caroline Nanjala Wanyonyi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raphael Silunya Masemo, who died at Kaplolo. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
