E296 OF 2024 By (1) Gladys Jeruto Lagat and (2) Elijah Kiplimo Lagat, both of P.O. Box 2180–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johana Kipkorir Chemweno, who died at Reale Hospital in Kenya, on 25th January, 2023. CAUSE NO. E314 OF 2024 By (1) Lineth Kaleha Kebongo and (2) Yvonne Khaoma Kufwafwa, both of P.O. Box 30120, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Munialo Wilberforce Kufwafwa, who died at Sigot, on 6th August, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
