TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 300 OF 2024 By (1) Joseph Njuguna Kaguri and (2) Susan Njeri Kaguri, both of P.O. Box 267–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Geofrey Kaguri Njuguna, who died at Marmanet, on 8th April, 2005. CAUSE NO. 74 OF 2025 By Mary Njoki Karanja, of P.O. Box 21–20113, Bahati in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kevin Kirika Karika, who died on 3rd July, 2022. CAUSE NO. E115 OF 2025 By (1) Beatrice Wambui Njau and (2) David Ndungu Njau, both of P.O. Box 21, Bahati in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njau Karima, who died on 19th August, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
