Box 1144–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Ndirangu Theuri, who died at Mbuyu, on 2nd June, 2007. CAUSE NO. 100 OF 2025 By Stanley Wainaina Gathuku, of P.O. Box 1738–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Gathuku Njoroge, who died at Gathanga, on 7th July, 2020. CAUSE NO. 101 OF 2025 By (1) Esther Wangechi Wamai and (2) Anthony Kimondo Wamai, both of P.O. Box 195–20306, Ndaragwa in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wamai Mugera, who died at Kiriogo, Nyandarua, on 22nd June, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
