TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E118 OF 2025 By (1) John Muriithi Njagi and (2) Purity Njoki Muriithi, both of P.O. Box 84, Runyenjes in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacinta Ruguru Njagi, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 9th January, 2025. CAUSE NO. E126 OF 2025 By Silas George Njagi, of P.O. Box 32, Manyatta in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njeru Kathendu, who died at Mukangu, on 8th June, 2022. CAUSE NO. E128 OF 2025 By Jane Njoki Njiru, of P.O. Box 3, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruth Wanjira Njeru alias Wanjira Njeru, who died at Kianjuki, on 15th February, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
