TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E167 OF 2024 By (1) Mary Kaari Njeru and (2) Kinyua Mbaka, both of P.O. Box 49, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Arithaa M’Amutua John alias M’Arithaa M’Amutua, who died at Mugirirwa, on 28th November, 2004. CAUSE NO. E94 OF 2025 By Boniface Kaunda Zablon, of P.O. Box 463–60401, Chogoria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zablon Njeru, who died at Nduguri, on 7th July, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
