TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2025 By (1) Loice Chepkorir Cheruiyot and (2) Beatrice Chepkirui Boror, both of P.O. Box 69, Roret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiprotich Boror, who died at Kapkisiara, on 3rd April, 1982. CAUSE NO. E196 OF 2025 By Samwel Kiprono Maritim, of P.O. Box 59, Kabianga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maritim arap Mageso, who died on 1st January, 1980. CAUSE NO. E251 OF 2025 By Zedy Chepkorir Rotich, of P.O. Box 102–20200, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Cheruiyot Rotich, who died at St. Leonards Hospital in Kenya, on 18th December, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
