TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E152 OF 2025 By Paul Kembo Makori, of P.O. Box 858, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Obuga Makori, who died at Jogoo Sub-location, on 24th May, 2004. CAUSE NO. E197 OF 2025 By Thomas Morara Kenyenga, of P.O. Box 520–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kenyenga Mokua alias Chrisantus Kenyenga Mokua, who died on 30th May, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
