TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2024 By Nemuel Bonyonte Okonu, of P.O. Box 47071–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Baskaria Bwari Okuno, who died on 6th September, 2021. CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2025 By Bikondo Hellen Matoke, of P.O. Box 936–40202, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josephat Matoke Omambia, who died at Salgaa, on 29th December, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
