E27 OF 2025 By Brocca Carmen, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Carlo Barbin, who died on 8th August, 2024. CAUSE NO. E85 OF 2025 By (1) Nelson Nzai Ruwa and (2) Saidi Randu Katana, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Katana Nzai Ruwa alias Katana Ruwa, who died at M’Chembe, on 23rd July, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
