CAUSE NO. E184 OF 2024 By Hannah Wangari Mwangi, of P.O. Box 15, Kihoya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kahutu Thungutu, who died on 22nd October, 1989. CAUSE NO. E101 OF 2025 By Joseph Gichure Kamau, of P.O. Box 96, Kangema in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Usevio Kamau Gichure alias Usevio Gichure, who died on 1st September, 1981. CAUSE NO. E102 OF 2025 By David Kimere Machira, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Machira Kihoro alias Muchiri Kihoro, who died at District Hospital, Murang’a in Kenya, on 2nd December, 2000.
