TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E54 OF 2025 By (1) Mercy Kiria George and (2) John Mwaura Gicharu, both of P.O. Box 78–00208, Ngong Hills in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Gicharu Mwaura alias George G. Mwaura, who died at Mater Misericordiae Hospital in Kenya, on 9th June, 2023. CAUSE NO. E69 OF 2025 By (1) Stacy Jepkurui Chirchir Kipchirchir and (2) Daisy Jelagat Komen, the deceased’s daughter and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Flora Jemeli Rono, who died at Kijabe Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd March, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
