E149 OF 2025 By (1) Samwel Mutungu Mwanzi and (2) Kelly Brown Kadivira, the deceased’s grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hezekiah Kadivira Imbahale alias Ezekiah Kadivila, who died at Mbale Sub-location, on 13th December, 1984. CAUSE NO. E161 OF 2025 By Francis Kisia Kisienya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonathan Kisienya Kisia, who died at Mulundu Sub-location, on 19th June, 1990. CAUSE NO. E163 OF 2025 By Mark Keya Vurache, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vurache Shikova Vulimo alias Buraje Ambani, who died at Jivovoli Sub-location, on 4th December, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
