E337 OF 2024 By John Goddy Abira Charles, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Abira Owiro alias Charles Abira, who died at Okok Sub-location, on 21st January, 2010. CAUSE NO. E170 OF 2025 By Joseph Otieno Odongo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Odongo Obura, who died at Kasule Sub-location, on 6th January, 2006. CAUSE NO. E301 OF 2025 By Maurice Oyange Odera, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Antony odera Nanga alias Odera Nanga, who died on 30th June, 1985. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
