TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E140 OF 2025 By (1) Meresia Auma Juma and (2) Pamela Atieno Nyagara, both of P.O. Box 1627, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Valentine Juma Odek, who died at Kasewe “B”, on 10th December, 2002. CAUSE NO. E219 OF 2025 By Jared Onyango Arucho, of P.O. Box 346, Oyugis in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Arucho Ojudo Arucho Ojudo, who died at Kawuor, on 9th June, 1978. CAUSE NO. E224 OF 2025 By (1) Pamela Akinyi and (2) Joshua Onditi Mbewa, both of P.O. Box 15–40222, Oyugis in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paulus Mbewa, who died at Sino Kogola, on 15th September, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
