TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E159 OF 2025 By John Olum Ganda, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Petro Nudi Ogola alias Peter Nudi Ogola, who died at Kadiju-Chiga, Kisumu, on 3rd May, 1992. CAUSE NO. E167 OF 2025 By Nelly Atieno Okore, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nelson Okore Omumbo alias Okore Omumbo, who died at Nyalunya, Kisumu, on 9th September, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
