TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E52 OF 2025 By Esther Chepkorir Ngetich, of P.O. Box 45, Litein in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkoech Ngetich, who died at Tebesonik, on 10th January, 2002. CAUSE NO. E94 OF 2025 By Jane Chabii Ngetich, of P.O. Box 45, Litein in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kipkirui Ngetich, who died at Tebesonik, on 16th May, 1997. CAUSE NO. E96 OF 2025 By (1) Kimutai Ngeno Reuben and (2) Cherotich Beatrice, both of P.O. Box 45, Litein in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipngeno A. Rotich, who died at Tebesonik, on 28th April, 1976. CAUSE NO. E119 OF 2025 By (1) Augustine Kiptonui Kitur and (2) David Kipngetich Kitur, both of P.O. Box 817, Sotik in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkemoi arap Ketienya, who died at Yaganek, Bureti, on 28th December, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
