TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E180 OF 2025 By (1) Sophia Anyango Oyamo and (2) Peres Atieno Obonyo, both of P.O. Box 342, Yala in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joab Opondo Philip alias Joab Oyamo Ochido, who died at District Hospital, Vihiga in Kenya, on 27th February, 2010. CAUSE NO. E181 OF 2025 By Dorine Aluoch Indakwa, of P.O. Box 490, Yala in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaya Indakwa Choka alias Isaya Indakwa Omire, who died at Makhana Malanga Sub-location, on 27th November, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
