Box 59–50125, Musanda in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathias Odele Odoyo, who died at Simur Sub-location, on 30th May, 1997. CAUSE NO. E161 OF 2025 By Josephine Dorris Achieng Oluoch, of P.O. Box 59–50125, Musanda in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johnstone Ochieng Dooso, who died at St. Mary’s Hospital in Kenya, on 9th February, 2025. CAUSE NO. E162 OF 2025 By (1) John Ouma and (2) Euphemia Atieno Ouma, both of P.O. Box 59–50125, Musanda in Kenya, the deceased’s brother and niece, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peres Auma Ogode, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 4th June, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
